Empowering adults, parents, and children through confidence, discipline and community.

Ryan’s Jiu Jitsu journey began in 2012 at Gladiators Academy of Lafayette, training under Tim Credeur and Josh Artigue. After moving around a bit, he found his home in beautiful Hood River, OR. Here, under the Impact Jiu Jitsu banner, he took over the local academy and earned his black belt. When he’s not on the mats, you’ll find Ryan exploring the endless outdoor adventures the Columbia River Gorge has to offer!

Molly has been a teacher for nearly her whole life. She began working with children as a teenager, and continued into a long career teaching and coaching climbers of all ages for nearly 30 years. So it makes sense that once bitten by the BJJ bug in 2017 that teaching would again be in her future. She loves Mexican cuisine, Hello Kitty, and chainsaws almost as much as she loves BJJ and climbing.

With over a decade of experience training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Scott is passionate about helping students grow in skill, confidence, and creativity on the mats. He believes Jiu-Jitsu is more than a sport—it’s a way to challenge yourself, adapt and persevere through any of life's problems, and to have fun along the way. When he’s not on the mats, he’s out chasing adventure with his family—paddling down rivers, trekking through mountains, and embracing the wild just like he does on the mats.
